I am a credentialed biological scientist ready to transition into the federal workforce, and I need a partner who can handle both sides of the process: pinpointing the right vacancies and submitting polished, competitive applications on my behalf.
Scope of work
First, I want you to scour USAJOBS every weekday for openings that fit any of these areas: Biology / life sciences / environmental science and Pharmaceutical, public-health or regulatory-science roles. My only location requirement is that the position be advertised as either fully remote or hybrid; I am willing to relocate for a limited in-office schedule if needed.
Once a promising posting appears, I expect end-to-end application support. That includes tailoring my federal résumé to the specific occupational series, addressing KSAs and assessment questions, attaching required documents (transcripts, SF-50, veterans paperwork if applicable—let me know what is needed), and submitting the package before the closing date. I will provide my master résumé, transcripts and any personal data you need as soon as we start.
Deliverables (weekly)
• Curated spreadsheet of all matched vacancies with link, series/grade, duty location, close date and why it fits the criteria.
• Drafted application package for each job I green-light: updated résumé, answers to assessment questions and any formatted attachments, ready for my signature and final submission.
• Brief progress report noting applications filed, ones in draft and any roles passed over with rationale.
Acceptance criteria
• Only listings from USAJOBS that meet the stated fields and remote/hybrid requirement.
• All applications submitted at least 24 hours before the vacancy closes, error-free and compliant with USAJOBS formatting limits.
• Résumés reflect OPM keywords and quantify my lab, biotech and regulatory experience.
Tools you should already know: USAJOBS search filters, federal résumé builders, Adobe or MS Office for document prep, and basic spreadsheet tracking (Excel, Google Sheets).
