The goal is to set up a repeatable nationwide campaign that finds motivated home-sellers and feeds every qualified response straight into my CRM.

Primary outreach
• Create a primary outreach plan

Target audience
• Focus exclusively on owners who are behind on payments or already in pre-foreclosure. Lists, scripts, and messaging should speak directly to that situation and urgency.

Desired flow
1. Source or skip-trace accurate contact data for the selected homeowner profile.
2. Launch the cold-call/SMS sequence.
3. Capture every positive or ambiguous reply and automatically push the lead details (name, property address, phone, reason for selling, next step) into my CRM through an API or webhook. No manual re-entry.

Deliverables
• Contact list that meets the criteria (CSV or direct import).
• Dialer and texting setup with tested scripts.
• Workflow or integration that passes replies to the CRM and tags them for follow-up.
• Brief hand-off document showing how to scale or duplicate the campaign in new states.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 95 % data accuracy on phone numbers.
• CRM receives lead fields within 60 seconds of homeowner reply.
• All scripts and messages comply with TCPA guidelines.

Tools like Mojo, BatchLeads, Twilio, Zapier, Podio, or comparable platforms are fine as long as they achieve the automation outlined above.
