Job Description
I am looking for a reliable and experienced IT professional to manage my computer remotely, provide ongoing technical support, and create and configure accounts as needed.
The ideal candidate should have strong computer management skills, be trustworthy, communicate well, and be available for ongoing remote assistance.
Location: Remote — United States only
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States.
Responsibilities
Remotely manage and maintain my computer.
Create and configure user accounts and online service accounts as requested.
Install, configure, and update software.
Troubleshoot computer, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain system performance and assist with backups and security updates.
Configure user settings and permissions as needed.
Help organize and maintain computer files and settings.
Provide ongoing remote technical support and resolve issues promptly.
Follow appropriate security and confidentiality practices when accessing the computer and managing accounts.
Requirements

Proven experience in remote IT support and computer management.
Strong knowledge of Windows and common online services.
Experience creating and configuring accounts, installing software, and managing permissions.
