US Job Portal Recruiter

I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of publishing and maintaining my open technical positions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor. The roles are all technical—think software engineering, data, DevOps, support—so wording and keyword placement must resonate with that audience and follow each platform’s best-practice guidelines.

Once the ads are live, I need you to stay on top of the applicant flow, download every résumé that comes in, and organise them in a shared Google Drive folder (one sub-folder per role) together with a simple tracker that shows name, application date, portal source, and any screening notes you think are relevant. Timeliness is critical; I want fresh CVs in the folder every day so I can move quickly on promising candidates.

Deliverables
• Live postings for each role on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
• Daily download of all submitted CVs, stored in the agreed folder structure
• A running spreadsheet tracker kept up to date in real time
