US IT Contract Reviewer Needed

I receive a steady stream of C2C staffing agreements from U.S. vendors for software-development and IT-consulting projects and need each one examined before signature. You will be looking at Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and the occasional Purchase Order, making sure my U.S.-registered LLC is fully protected.

The review must focus on fair payment terms (Net 30 / 45 as the ceiling), solid non-solicitation language, and balanced liability or indemnity clauses, while flagging any other red-flags you see around governing law, IP ownership, or early termination.

Candidates with direct experience working in IT staffing firms are preferred—specifically those who have handled C2C agreements, vendor contracts, approvals, and signing processes.

Deliverable:
• A marked-up version of the contract (Track Changes or in-document comments) plus a concise risk-summary with recommended edits.
