US Hours Contact Data Entry

I need to consolidate scattered customer records into a single spreadsheet—Google Sheets preferred, though Excel is fine. For each entry you’ll capture the complete mailing address, any internal notes, and a concise contact-history summary taken from the source files I provide (PDFs, email threads, CRM exports, screenshots).

Accuracy and consistency matter: states should be in two-letter format, dates as MM/DD/YYYY, and duplicates must be removed. I’m on the U.S. East Coast and would like you online between roughly 9 AM–5 PM EST so questions can be cleared up in real time.

Deliverables
• A clean, deduplicated Sheet (or workbook) with Address, Notes, and Contact History columns fully populated.
• A brief change log for any unclear or missing fields.
• Confirmation that record counts match the original sources.

The first batch is about 1,200 contacts; successful work will lead to monthly follow-ups. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication are essential—let’s get this database in shape.
