US Construction & B2B Pre-built Leads Database

I need an existing, ready-to-deliver database of business contacts that covers the entire United States across two sectors: construction companies and other B2B service providers. The file must already be compiled—this is not a request for fresh scraping—and every record should contain at minimum the contact’s name, a working phone number, and a valid email address.

Quality matters more than sheer volume. I will run random spot checks and a quick email-bounce test, so accuracy and recency have to be clear from the sample you share before the full hand-off.

Please supply:
• A short sample (50–100 rows) so I can verify data quality.
• The complete dataset in CSV or Excel once approved.

If you have additional fields such as company address or industry codes, feel free to include them, but they are optional. I am ready to move quickly once I see that the information is clean and truly national in coverage.
