US Citizen AI Engineer Partner

I need a U.S.-citizen AI engineer who can become my long-term partner, step into our production models, and keep them performing at their best. The immediate priority is to improve accuracy and overall results on the models we already run in production; after that, you’ll own day-to-day maintenance so the system stays fast, reliable, and compliant.

Our codebase is in active use, so I’m looking for someone comfortable reading another team’s Python, tuning and retraining models, pushing to cloud-based pipelines, and validating gains with solid metrics. You won’t be asked to build a brand-new product from scratch—your focus is refining what’s there and making sure the improvements stick.

Deliverables
• Audit of current models with a written summary of accuracy gaps
• Refactored or retrained models pushed to our repo with reproducible notebooks or scripts
• Before-and-after metrics that clearly demonstrate accuracy improvements
• A short maintenance plan outlining weekly tasks and monitoring checks
