We are a digital marketing agency based in India, and we are expanding our client acquisition into the US market.

We are looking for an experienced US-focused SDR / B2B Sales Development professional who can help us identify, contact, qualify, and book meetings with potential US clients for our digital marketing services.

What we need

We are NOT looking for someone who will simply provide a list of leads.

We need someone who can actively handle the outbound sales process:

Research and identify relevant US businesses
Identify the business owner / decision-maker
Conduct cold outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or other effective channels
Start conversations with prospects
Understand their current marketing challenges
Qualify prospects based on our agreed criteria
Handle basic objections
Book qualified meetings with genuinely interested prospects
Maintain follow-ups with prospects
Provide us with notes/context before each meeting
Our Target Market

We are primarily interested in US-based businesses that can benefit from services such as:

Software development
SEO
Website development
Digital marketing
Lead generation

We are open to discussing the most suitable US industries with the selected SDR.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

This is extremely important.

We do not want random meetings just to increase the appointment count.

A qualified appointment should ideally have:

A genuine business need/problem related to our services
The prospect is a business owner, decision-maker, or relevant authority
The business is based in the United States
The prospect understands why the meeting is being scheduled
The prospect has shown genuine interest in discussing our services
The prospect is willing to discuss potential solutions and budget/timing where appropriate

We will agree on the exact qualification criteria with the selected candidate before starting.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with proven experience in:

US B2B sales
SDR / BDR work
Appointment setting
Cold calling
Cold email
LinkedIn outreach
Lead qualification
Objection handling
Sales development
Ideally selling marketing, SEO, SaaS, technology, or other B2B services

Experience selling to US businesses is strongly preferred.

If you have previously generated qualified meetings for marketing agencies, SEO companies, SaaS companies, or other B2B service businesses, please mention this in your proposal.

Important

We are looking for quality over quantity.

We would rather receive 5 genuinely qualified opportunities than 30 random meetings.

We are also open to starting with a small trial/pilot to evaluate the quality of the leads and meetings before establishing a long-term engagement.

When applying, please answer these questions:
How many years of SDR / BDR / appointment-setting experience do you have?
How much experience do you have selling to US businesses?
What industries have you worked with?
Which channels do you use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.?
How do you define and qualify a sales-ready prospect?
How many qualified meetings have you typically generated per month?
Have you worked with a digital marketing or SEO agency before?
Please provide one example of a successful outbound campaign you have personally handled.
What compensation model do you normally work with hourly, fixed, per qualified meeting, commission, or a combination?
Are you available for a small paid trial before a longer-term engagement?

Please do not apply if your service only consists of providing scraped lead lists. We need someone who can actively prospect, communicate with prospects, qualify them, and generate genuine sales opportunities.
