Urgent WordPress Form Fix

My contact form has stopped working and I need it functioning again within the next few hours. The site runs on the latest public release of WordPress and the form was built with one of the common plugins (Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Gravity Forms—whichever you find when you log in). Right now submissions are not reaching my inbox and users see either a spinning loader or an empty success message.
I will give you admin access plus hosting panel credentials so you can trace the fault, whether it’s a JavaScript conflict, PHP error, mail-sending misconfiguration, reCAPTCHA mismatch, or a simple CSS glitch. Once the underlying issue is fixed, I also need a quick end-to-end test to prove that:
• Every required field validates correctly
• The confirmation message shows instantly after submit
• Emails arrive in my mailbox (and a CC to a test address I provide)
• No console errors appear in modern browsers and on mobile
Please be comfortable debugging WordPress core, plugin code, and server-side mail logs if needed. I’m around to answer questions in real time so we can close this fast.
