I need a seasoned phone-support professional who is physically based in the United States and ready to jump in right away. The role centers on taking inbound calls, making outbound follow-ups, and occasionally joining web meetings or brief video interviews when an issue requires deeper discussion.

Experience with popular CRMs or ticketing platforms—Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, Zendesk, or a comparable tool—will help you hit the ground running.
