Responsibilities:

* Find suitable job-seeking candidates in the USA.
* Conduct outreach and introduce our opportunity/service professionally.
* Explain the opportunity clearly to interested candidates.
* Collect candidate details with their consent.
* Refer qualified and genuinely interested candidates to us.
* Maintain professional communication and provide regular updates.

### Requirements:

* Must be based in the USA or have strong access to the US candidate market.
* Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, lead generation, or candidate outreach is preferred.
* Good English communication skills.
* Ability to find genuine and relevant candidates.
* No spam or misleading communication.
Target:

We need 10 qualified US candidates.

Payment:

₹5,000 INR per qualified and accepted candidate.

Payment will be released after the candidate is verified and meets the agreed requirements. The total target is 10 candidates, with a potential total payout of **₹50,000 INR**.
