Urgent: Smart, Organized Generalist VA needed (Marketing, Design, Automation, Vibe Coding)

Highly versatile assistant needed for supporting multiple projects being setup, tested and launched as part of a new venture studio.

Skills
You'll need to be:
1. Highly organised - you do highly detailed spreadsheets and can run deep analysis work.
2. Design - you are able to use design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator etc. (Canva is NOT a proper design tool)
3. Marketing tasks - you can undertake SEO/AEO and social media design and posting tasks
4. Automation - you can assist with setting up marketing automations across social, content so have some familiarity with python
5. Recruitment - you can assist with hiring and recruitment based tasks
6. Basic bookkeeping - you can perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QBO

You must rate your skills for each of the skills above (1 - poor knowledge/skill/confidence to 10 - excellent knowledge/skill/confidence). Please ensure you provide the rating to each of the 6 items above in your application.

You must have fluent written and spoken English. To be shortlisted please note:
1. We are not using agencies/teams - also 'autobidders' who do not read this job description will be removed.
2. The hourly rate you bid, is the one we accept
3. You will be required for a minimum of 20 hours (2-3 days per week) for a MINIMUM 6 months
4. AI is there to assist you, not do the work for you. If you don't have skills, DO NOT apply as you will be tested and you will fail our tests. While we expect you to use AI, you must understand the tasks you are undertaking without it.
5. You must have access to Claude Pro and aHrefs or SEMrush (paid) yourself. We cannot create multiple accounts under their policies. Free AI tools are unacceptable.

The hiring process is as follows:
1. You will be notified that you have been shortlisted.
2. You will need to attend a video interview
3. You will be provided with a 6-month contract and an offer of contract work
4. The work will include a two-week paid trial

I look forward to working with a professional who has a proper office setup, is well versed in starting and growing new projects and is curious and actively advancing their skills in one or more of the above areas.

NOTE: The first few weeks of your engagement, you'll be doing tasks manually. Creating and posting blogs, social media, backlink building etc. After that, you'll be expected to automate tasks using python/cron based semi and fully autonomous workflows. You'll be given multiple projects to do this for, along with direction and guidance.
