Urgent Motion Graphics designer needed

I need an experienced motion-graphics designer who can start right away and recreate a reference video for a website/presentation slot. The finished piece must feel almost identical in flow, polish, and energy, with the animation timing and movement matched frame for frame.

All brand assets—logos, text, images, and colours—are ready to hand over as soon as we kick off. I’ll also share the reference video so you can mirror its pacing and easing precisely.

Adobe After Effects is preferred; you’re free to bring in supporting tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Element 3D, Cinema 4D, etc.) as long as the final export is clean, lightweight, and professionally rendered.

Deliverables
• 1920×1080 video in both H.264 and ProRes
• Editable After Effects project with linked assets
• One revision round to fine-tune timing

Acceptance criteria
• Timing variance from the reference no greater than four frames per transition
• No artefacts, banding, or dropped frames
• Web-ready version under 100 MB

Please send a link to comparable motion-graphics work, confirm when you can start, and quote a timeline for first draft and final delivery. I plan to award immediately so availability and proven skill will decide.
