4-6 Subpoenas - these can take a little bit longer

probate taxes/IRS seizures
2-5 Emergency Relief requests
Sanctions complaint against attornies involved in case
Proofread and correct the docs I draft
Anyone who knows about cyberstalking
Anyone who knows about taxes and fraud
Misc odds and ends

The imminent harm and safe harbor are immediate- while the next requests can take a bit more time.

This person must be strategic as im fighting a lying and vexacious attorney.

I do have a tentative roadmap as well.

Also need HELP in resolving this situation: no orders were issued about alimony or paying for utilities and I am domestically, financially, physically abused and now bankrupt - but no orders were set at the filing - he betrayed and filed on July 2, 2024. I have not received one penny, or any household or medical or veterinary care since then. I have received a broken back, traumatic brain injury and now a fatal disease. He also took my business name and email off of my website so i could not earn any money. He has 99.6% of the assets from 3 homes and I have a roach infestation, black mold, leaking roof, a car that doesnt run, a mattress on the floor and a plastic table. He has not made one settlement offer and I have stacks of evidence that he didnt get in his cyber attacking.

I also would like to see if there are any possibilities in sanctioning the Judges/Court for allowing what is happening to me - go on for months without any resolution.

This is for the 9th district family law court orange county florida.
