Urgent Google & Meta PPC Setup

Winter hits in a week and I need a full-fledged, high-converting PPC presence ready to capture every “snow removal near Toronto” search or scroll. client currently have no Google Ads or Meta Business accounts, so the first step will be creating and properly configuring them, including billing, permissions and all required verifications.

Objective
Drive direct sales enquiries and booked jobs for my local snow-removal service. Brand visibility is nice, but every click ultimately has to turn into a paying driveway or parking-lot contract.

Scope of work
• Open and fully configure Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram placements, linking them to Google Analytics 4 and a freshly installed Meta Pixel.
• Research cold-weather, emergency, seasonal and geo-targeted keywords plus relevant interest/look-alike audiences.
• Build conversion-focused campaigns on both platforms—Search, Performance Max or Local Services where appropriate on Google, and Lead/Conversion campaigns on Meta.
• Write compelling ad copy and select winter-ready creative that highlights rapid response, 24/7 availability and competitive pricing.
• Set up conversion tracking (form fills, click-to-call, booking confirmations) so every sale is attributed correctly.
• Launch within five days, then monitor and tweak bids, budgets and audiences for the remainder of the season’s kickoff week.

Acceptance criteria
1. Accounts are live and verified on Google Ads & Meta.
2. At least two campaigns per platform are running with ad groups/ad sets segmented by service type and location.
3. Conversion actions fire correctly in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Events Manager.
4. A brief handover sheet outlines structure, targeting, keywords, negative keywords, audiences and next-step optimisation suggestions.
