I need detailed structural drawings for a new commercial building and I need them fast. The architectural layout is finalised, so your focus will be on translating the engineer’s calculations into clear, build-ready plans, elevations, sections and connection details that meet current code requirements.

You’ll be working on reinforced-concrete and steel framing, so please be comfortable drafting beams, columns, shear walls, footing schedules and any required shop-drawing information. Native AutoCAD files (DWG) plus plotted PDFs are essential; if you also work in Revit or similar BIM tools, that’s a bonus as long as DWG exports remain clean.

Because timing is critical, I’d like steady progress updates and incremental uploads so any coordination issues can be flagged early. Final deliverables will be checked for:
