Urgent Bilingual Engineer Inspection

The quality review of a partially completed residential building in the Dominican Republic is scheduled within the next week, and we require a trustworthy, bilingual (Spanish-English) engineer on site to witness every step. Your role is to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the local inspectors, interpret technical conversations accurately in both languages (spanish and english) and confirm that all workmanship matches contract specifications.

You will travel on very short notice—flights, hotel, meals, and local transport are prepaid, and every hour spent in the country is compensated at a competitive professional rate. While on site you will:

• Verify the quality of completed elements against the approved plans.
• Photograph and annotate any deficiencies or safety concerns.
• Provide an impartial, concise report (in English and Spanish) summarizing findings, signed and time-stamped following return.

The assignment is expected to take two to three full working days on location, with two additional days allocated for return travel. A laptop or tablet able to compile PDF reports and high-resolution photos is essential; starling mini with battery is ideal, as internet and phone will be required during the meeting and service is unreliable.
