I want to launch a mobile application that gives users the same smooth experience they get on Urban Company, focused on household needs—specifically Home Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrician work, and full House Maintenance. The product must be live on both iOS and Android from day one, so a shared code-base framework such as Flutter or React Native is welcome if it shortens time-to-market without sacrificing quality.

Core flow I have in mind is straightforward: a customer opens the app, chooses the type of service, views real-time availability in their area, confirms the booking, and receives status updates until the job is complete. On the provider’s side, I need an equally simple panel to accept or decline jobs and monitor earnings.

Please build with future scaling in mind—APIs, database, and notification services should be modular so more service categories can be added later. Clean, well-documented code, a basic admin web dashboard, and clear handover instructions are essential for sign-off.
