Urban Drone Topographic Survey

I need a licensed drone operator with proven photogrammetry skills to capture and process aerial data over an inner-city site. The flight’s objective is pure mapping and planning, so accuracy down to a few centimetres is essential.

Scope
• Plan and fly the mission, respecting all urban air-space regulations and safety protocols.
• Process the imagery in your preferred software (Pix4D, DJI Terra, RealityCapture or similar) and deliver a clean, geo-referenced topographic map ready for CAD/GIS import.
• Include all standard metadata, GCP reports and a brief methodology note so my planning team can replicate the accuracy in future phases.

Acceptance criteria
– Horizontal accuracy ≤ 5 cm, vertical ≤ 8 cm (verified against supplied control points).
– Final file in GeoTIFF plus a DXF contours layer.
– No data gaps or visual artefacts across the site boundary.
