What we need a developer to do:
• Add a secure document library (Document Library Pro) with three access tiers — public, member, admin — replacing the open PDF links currently used for governance, finance, and template documents.
• Add online forms (WPForms Pro) for volunteer applications and onboarding, including conditional logic where a question depends on an earlier answer.
• Refresh navigation and a few key pages so the site moves from curious to involved, offering a clear path into volunteering.
• Work within the existing WordPress (RaraTheme) platform — this is an upgrade, not a rebuild.
What to look for in a freelancer:
• Hands-on experience with Document Library Pro (or equivalent restricted-access plugins) and WPForms Pro (or equivalent with conditional logic) — provide one example of each.
• Comfortable working with an Adelaide-based lead Project Manager on a modest budget and unhurried timeline.
• Willing to train me as the system Project Manager once the site is in prototype form for content management training.
