Upgrade & Extend Bible Quiz Plus Application (Visual Studio 2017 to Visual Studio 2026 Com) conversion

I have an older Visual Studio 2017 project solution named Bible Quiz Plus. It uses a visual basic structure and compiles into a bqplus.exe application file for the PC using VS2017. I want to upgrade this project solution to Visual Studio 2026 Community to 1. create a www.BibleQuizPlus.com website that allow multiple players to participate in online play 2. create a mobile app that allows multiple player interaction from smart devices.

The VS 2017 project is complete and works great. It uses a SQLite database to manage the Question Sets, Bibles. It allows up to 6 players to join in a single game, rotates questions, and declare the winner by their score. It also allows the user to view 3 different versions of the bible. I need the application updated to get it working as the original in VS2026 Community version, then I want it updated to add and Admin Console that will manage online users that register to play in multiple player games. It will be a step by step progression build until the final project can be played online via the web and then a Mobile App version that can be downloaded directly from the website, Play Store, and Apple store.

I need an expert Visual Studio 2026 coder that can make this work for me via web and mobile app. I have VS2026 Community installed on my work PC.
