I already hold a 34-drawing AutoCAD 2022 package for an internal fit-out scheme and now need every sheet elevated to full RIBA Stage 4 compliance for tender / construction issue.

Scope of the update
The existing set covers plans, elevations and basic layouts; it now requires technical depth across:
• Architectural details – full dimensions, tolerances, fire-stopping notes, door & ironmongery schedules, mezzanine interfaces, etc.
• Interior design elements – finishes, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans and any bespoke furniture integration.
• Mechanical & electrical services – coordinated HVAC, lighting, small power, data and containment routes, all layered and annotated clearly.

Key points
• AutoCAD 2022 must be the native format for the final files so the team can continue editing in-house.
• No bespoke client or brand templates are needed; follow general RIBA guidance on title blocks, revisions and drawing presentation.
• The mezzanine structure itself will be signed off by a specialist contractor, so simply allow for their connection points and any load paths—no structural calcs are required from you.
• Speed is critical; once you confirm, I will issue the DWGs, mark-ups and design intent notes so work can begin immediately.

Deliverables (all in DWG + PDF):
1. 34 fully coordinated, RIBA Stage 4 drawings, each with updated revision history.
2. A master index confirming sheet titles, scales and revisions.
3. One consolidated layer naming/plotting standard so my team can maintain consistency going forward.

Completion of the above will close the project; please indicate how quickly you can turn the pack around and any similar fit-out documentation you have produced.
