Update Transformations

please make the following changes to transformation cell 10:
producer_location will be state, city (not address)
Need Macro Ship To location as well - City, State

In the final view I do not need Material_code and Material_name, Add a column named Producer and have all values Hexion underneath.

Order of columns
producer (All Hexion), producer_location (State, city), Macro Ship To, Macro Sold To, Macro Ship To location (State, city), Business, Volumes, Net sales, Vcm, Net sales usd per mt, vcm usd per mt

if you need to introduce any new dependencies that should also be a part of the job (example: dim_customer if fact_profitability does not have Macro Ship To city and state for Macho Ship To location requested) . Also please make the changes to transformation step (cell 10) of the script as discussed above.
