Update Joomla Template & Maps

I run the site that uses the Flex template found at https://flex.aplikko.com/. It was originally installed when Joomla 4.x was current; since then both Joomla and the template have moved on and a few things have stopped working.

The job breaks down into three clear steps:

• Upgrade the Joomla core from its present 4.x installation to the latest stable release, completing any intermediate steps that are required so the update is clean and fully supported.
• Refresh the Flex template so it is 100 % compatible with that latest Joomla version—no overrides breaking, no layout shifts and, most importantly, no loss of existing content or menu structure.
• Restore and correctly configure the Zh GoogleMap component. This component is the only area where I am seeing functionality errors right now (maps are not displaying). Once the core and template are current, I need the map views, markers and categories working exactly as intended on both desktop and mobile.

Acceptance criteria:
– Site loads with no PHP or JavaScript errors in the browser console.
– All current pages render as before (or better) once the template is updated.
– Zh GoogleMap front-end views display the correct maps, markers and controls.
– Administrator area shows no pending database or extension updates, and Joomla reports “up-to-date”.
– Create a full site backup before beginning.
