I’m working on an ongoing residential project in the City of West Covina and need our current Title 24 California Energy Report (CF1R) brought up to the 2026 standards. The existing CF1R package is complete through the previous code cycle, and I already have all the underlying energy-efficiency measure data on hand.

Your task is to revise the energy efficiency measures and the compliance documentation so the report aligns with the 2026 Title 24 requirements, including any newly adopted prescriptive or performance criteria. All utility data sections are already in order, so the focus will be on recalculating, re-narrating, and re-formatting the portions that reference measures such as envelope performance, HVAC, DHW, and lighting, then updating the corresponding compliance forms.

Deliverables:
• Updated CF1R forms (PDF plus editable source from EnergyPro, CBECC-Res, or equivalent) ready for plan check submission
• A concise change log highlighting each adjustment tied to the 2026 code update

Please allow for a quick round of revisions after municipal feedback. I’m ready to share the current CF1R set and full data set as soon as we start.
