Unreal Engine Dense Village Cell -- 2

I need a fully-playable “single cell” environment built for Unreal Engine that feels alive, compact, and visually rich. Picture a village packed with narrow streets, layered architecture, and functional interiors, then wrap it with a believable stretch of surrounding countryside—farmland, forest edge, maybe a river bend—so the entire cell supports core gameplay (exploration, combat, NPC routines, and basic quest logic).
Scope
• Create one self-contained level streamed or loaded as a single cell.
• Optimise meshes, LODs, foliage, and shaders so the area holds solid performance on mid-range PCs.
• Light and post-process the scene for a natural day/night cycle; dynamic lighting is preferred
• Include collision, navmesh, and simple pathing so AI can move everywhere a player can.
• All assets must be licence-cleared or original; if you lean on Marketplace packs, blend them seamlessly so the final space feels hand-crafted.
Deliverable
An Unreal Engine project (or a clean level that can be migrated) ready to drop into my existing game build and marked up clearly in the World Outliner.
Acceptance
I’ll walk the scene in PIE: no missing textures, no obvious pop-ins, consistent 60 fps on my reference machine (RTX 2060). Once that test passes, the milestone is done.
