# Freelance: University Partnership & Student Recruitment Specialist (USA / UK / Europe / Australia)

## Job Overview

We are an international cultural and educational exchange organization based in China. We are seeking reliable freelance partners based in the US, UK, Europe and Australia to develop university partnerships and student recruitment for our global exchange programs. Current university students or candidates with campus outreach experience are highly preferred.

## Main Responsibilities

- Connect with university Study Abroad Offices, Career Centers and relevant academic departments
- Build cooperation with campus student unions, international student associations and career societies
- Recruit and manage campus ambassadors at local universities
- Introduce educational exchange programs, follow up leads and secure formal partnerships
- Arrange online and offline promotion sessions, sharing events and campus publicity activities
- Maintain partner records and provide regular progress reports

## Requirements

- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in university outreach, campus promotion or student recruitment
- Familiar with local university systems and student organizations in target countries
- Ability to develop real, verifiable and active long-term partnerships
- Self-driven, organized, and able to deliver measurable work results
- Experience in international education or cultural exchange is a bonus
