The task is to build a Unity-based link between a Pico 4 Ultra headset, an inertial motion tracker, and my humanoid robot so that every punch, kick, or step I perform in VR is reproduced on the machine in real time with minimal latency.

Unity (latest LTS preferred), C#, the Pico SDK, and the tracker’s own SDK are the main tools. You are free to choose the networking layer—ROS, UDP, or another low-latency protocol—as long as the robot receives clean joint or pose data fast enough to feel natural. The robot already accepts joint-angle commands; you only need to supply them in the correct format.

Key goals
• Seamless pairing of Pico 4 Ultra + inertial tracker inside a single Unity scene
• Accurate mapping of headset orientation plus full-body tracker data to the humanoid’s joints (punch, kick, walk)
• Stable, real-time streaming of joint data to the robot over Wi-Fi or USB
• Clear, commented source code and a short setup guide so I can rebuild or extend the project

Acceptance criteria
• Latency under 100 ms round-trip in a local network test
• Robot follows punch, kick, and walking motions without visible jitter for at least 5 minutes continuous operation
• Unity project loads and runs on a fresh machine using only the documented steps and dependencies

Deliver the complete Unity project folder, any supporting scripts or configs, and a brief video or live demo showing the humanoid mirroring the movements.
