Unity Fashion Simulation Lead Developer Needed

Expert Unity Developer Wanted (Fashion Simulation & Management Game - Android)
We are seeking a professional programmer to lead the technical development of a high-end game centered on high fashion, store management, and social interaction.
We already have a complete Game Design Document (GDD) containing all technical specifications, workflows, and the artistic vision, ready for implementation. Additionally, we have the full creative concept, visual identity, characters, logos, and over 2,500 fully designed items/garments.
(Clarification: While the garments are already visually designed, they are not provided as separate, animation-ready layers; the developer will be responsible for managing and correctly integrating them into the game’s technical structure.)
Key Technical Requirements:
Engine: Developed in Unity (from scratch) and optimized for Android.
Management & Store Mechanics: A robust inventory system and an expandable, customizable store (including configurable walls, floors, shelf placement, and items with expiration/sales-duration logic).
Events & Automation: A system for scheduled, time-limited events (with a 24-hour daily reseat cycle and push notifications).
Monetization: Mandatory integration of Google Play Billing (in-app purchases for premium currency and bundles) and rewarded ads (restricted exclusively to a side-billboard; no intrusive interstitial ads).
Visual Style / Animation: The game does not require complex action animations or heavy, arcade-style physics. Instead, it relies on clean menus, intuitive UI/UX, static backgrounds, and avatars/models featuring subtle, specific movements on screen. Mandatory Technical Skills and Requirements:
Development and Engine: Solid experience with Unity 3D and the C# programming language.
Platform: Development focused on and optimized for Android.
Backend and Security: Proven knowledge of Node.js, database management (PostgreSQL / SQL), and API architecture for secure management of the official in-game time (anti-cheat) and payment validation (Google Play Billing).
Other Skills: Video game development.
