- Act as a resident/local representative for the US entity .
- Provide necessary identification and documentation for regulatory filings.
- Sign incorporation and compliance-related documents where legally required.
Regulatory and Compliance Support
- Support with compliance filings if required by regulatory authorities.
Corporate Documentation
- Coordination with our team for any documentation required for corporate governance.
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a point of contact in US for regulatory matters if required.
- Coordinate with our global compliance team for any documentation or procedural requirements.
