UK TRC20 Flash USDT Developer Needed

This project centres on creating a “FLASH USDT” token on the TRON network (TRC-20 standard) that can be sent straight into a Binance Exchange wallet—absolutely not the Binance Web 3.0 wallet.

Functionally, the token must behave exactly like regular USDT yet remain FLASH-style: instantly movable, instantly reversible in testing, and invisible to chain explorers once the flash window closes. The single most critical attribute is that it be fully transferable; however, it also has to be tradeable, splittable, and swappable without friction.

Scope of work
• Write, audit and deploy the TRC-20 smart contract that underpins the FLASH USDT.
• Integrate a mechanism (or off-chain script) that routes transfers directly to a Binance Exchange wallet address and proves those credits arrive and settle.
• Demonstrate trading, splitting and swapping actions (e.g., on-chain DEX or CEX test environment) to confirm all four core features operate as intended.
• Hand over concise developer-level documentation and a short video walk-through.

Essential experience
Your background must already include TRC-20 token development, Binance Exchange integration and hands-on work with USDT transaction flows. Please highlight comparable builds so I can gauge depth of experience quickly.

Acceptance criteria
1. Contract passes a third-party audit or thorough open-source review with zero critical issues.
2. A live test shows FLASH USDT reaching a Binance Exchange wallet in one block and remaining spendable there.
3. Trade, transfer, split and swap functions execute successfully three times each, recorded on video with the relevant TX hashes.
4. Full source code, deployment scripts and documentation delivered in an organised repo.
