UK TRC-20 Flash USDT Development

I’m looking for someone who can build a fully functional TRC-20 Flash USDT system that lands directly in a Binance Exchange USDT wallet and behaves exactly like a normal token once it arrives. The token must be splittable, tradeable and transferable without restrictions, and it has to be managed through a custom smart contract so I can trigger those functions whenever needed.

You’ll handle the end-to-end smart-contract build, deployment on Tron, and any off-chain scripts or dashboards required to initiate the flash sending process. Everything has to be tested on live wallets, with clear proof that the incoming USDT balance on Binance can be moved, split, or traded just like a standard deposit.

Deliverables
