UK Photoreal 3D Workplace Stills and footage using AI people

I need a UK-based 3D generalist who’s comfortable moving from DCC tools to AI-driven pipelines. Your job is to craft lifelike characters, place them in bespoke commercial office environments, dress the scene with the tech products I supply, and deliver both 4K stills and short hero clips.

Level of realism: photoreal—viewers should feel they’re looking at real people and real products.
Focus of each video: characters actively interacting with the products, with close-ups that spotlight the tech while keeping the workplace context believable.

You’ll receive from me: clean FBX/OBJ prop files, high-res reference photos and brand guides, plus a shot-by-shot written brief. All files are organised and ready for look-dev, rigging, animation, lighting, and final render.

Deliverables
• 4K resolution stills (PNG or EXR)
• 4–15 second video sequences, ProRes/CineForm + layered EXRs for comp
• Well-structured scene files with clearly named passes that slot straight into our AI Studio workflow

Technical skill-set
Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Octane/Redshift/Arnold—or any combination you prefer—as long as the final output is photoreal. Familiarity with generative tools that accelerate look-dev is an advantage, provided the end result withstands close-up scrutiny.

The main requirement involves the ability to develop unique real life AI characters and integrate them into bespoke 3D based commercial workplaces with specifc props and tech goods
