UK & Ireland Laptop Support Assistant

I run a small laptop-repair service that covers customers throughout the UK and Ireland. While I continue handling the technical side—diagnosing faults, ordering parts and carrying out the repairs—I now need someone based locally who can look after the customer-facing work remotely.

Your main focus will be customer support delivered through virtual assistance. Day to day you’ll respond promptly to questions about repair quotes, shipment status and turnaround times, keep customers updated on progress, and flag any urgent issues to me so I can step in quickly. Clear, friendly communication is crucial; I want every client to feel informed and looked after from the moment they book a repair until their machine is safely back in their hands.
