UK H&S Software Survey Calls

I have a simple, phone-based survey that needs to be run with decision-makers in UK businesses. The goal is to discover which health and safety software each company currently relies on and, most importantly, how satisfied they are with that solution.

Here’s how I picture the assignment: you source or use my list of companies, speak with the appropriate contact, ask the short set of questions I provide, and record the responses in a shared spreadsheet. I only need the software name and a quick satisfaction rating (e.g., poor / average / good / excellent); no deep dive into features or training providers this time.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet containing company name, contact role, software brand, and satisfaction rating for each call made
• Brief call notes flagging any leads that request follow-up information
