# Lead List Brief — 300 UK Entertainment Venue Leads

## READ THIS FULLY BEFORE BIDDING. Deliveries that ignore it will be rejected.

I need **300 leads for UK location-based entertainment venues**.

This is a strict brief. I do NOT want generic "Hospitality & Leisure" database dumps containing hotels, casinos, restaurants, gyms, tourism businesses, sports teams or unrelated leisure companies.

Read the niche and contact requirements carefully before bidding.

## What counts as 300

* **300 unique companies. No duplicates.**
* Each company should appear once and only once.
* Do not repeat different locations of the same company just to increase the lead count.
* Duplicate companies will be counted as failed leads.
* **Prioritise multi-location UK brands first.**
* Only use single-location venues after suitable multi-location businesses have been covered.

## The niche — EXACTLY this

I am looking for **location-based indoor entertainment venues**.

Ideally, these are businesses offering multiple attractions under one roof and generating revenue from birthday parties, group bookings, corporate events and general admission.

### Must be one of these or a very close match:

* Bowling centres / bowling alleys
* Laser tag / laser quest venues
* Trampoline parks
* Arcades / amusement arcades
* Indoor mini-golf entertainment venues
* Indoor go-karting venues
* VR entertainment centres
* Axe throwing venues where entertainment/group bookings are the primary business
* Family Entertainment Centres (FECs)
* Multi-attraction entertainment venues combining activities such as bowling, arcades, trampolines, laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, VR, climbing, indoor slides, escape-style attractions etc.

The best leads are businesses that have **multiple attractions and actively sell parties, events, corporate bookings or group experiences.**

If it is not genuinely a **bowling, laser tag, trampoline, arcade, indoor entertainment or FEC-style venue**, leave it out.

# PHONE NUMBER REQUIREMENT — VERY IMPORTANT

I am hiring specifically for **direct personal/contact phone numbers of the decision makers.**

I do **NOT** want the venue's normal business telephone number.

I do **NOT** want:

* Main company switchboards
* Venue reception numbers
* Customer-service numbers
* Booking-line numbers
* Call-centre numbers
* Generic office numbers
* Numbers copied from the company's Google Business Profile
* Numbers taken from the website's general Contact Us page unless it is clearly the decision maker's own direct number

### I want:

* Decision maker's direct mobile number
* Decision maker's direct work mobile
* Direct-dial number belonging specifically to that person
* A verified phone number that reaches the Owner / Founder / CEO / Director directly

**UK mobile numbers are strongly preferred.**

Every number must be **valid and currently working to the best of your verification ability.**

Do not guess numbers.

Do not generate numbers.

Do not provide numbers simply because they are associated with the company's office.

If you cannot find a genuine direct number for the decision maker, **do not include that lead.**

I would rather receive fewer genuinely researched prospects during the research process than a database filled with useless company switchboard numbers.

## Data quality requirements

Every lead must be manually or properly verified.

I will check samples myself.

The freelancer should use reliable sources and cross-reference information where necessary.

Do not send scraped junk data from one database without checking it.

The decision maker must actually be associated with the company listed.

The phone number must actually be associated with that decision maker rather than simply being the company's public telephone number.

## BEFORE YOU START

Send me **5 SAMPLE LEADS FIRST**.

The five samples must satisfy EVERY requirement:

* UK company
* Correct entertainment niche
* Owner / Founder / CEO / Director or equivalent
* Genuine direct phone number for that individual
* NOT the venue's normal business number
* Working website
* No duplicates

I will check the phone numbers.

**Do not begin building the complete 300-lead list until I approve the five samples.**

If the samples contain generic business numbers, unrelated venues or wrong decision makers, I will not proceed.

# Acceptance Check

This is how the final file will be reviewed:

1. **300 unique UK companies**
2. Zero duplicate companies
3. Every business genuinely fits the bowling / laser tag / trampoline / arcade / indoor entertainment / FEC niche
4. Every contact is an Owner / Founder / CEO / Managing Director / Director or equivalent top decision maker
5. Every phone number is a direct number belonging to or reaching that individual
6. No generic venue telephone numbers
7. No reception numbers
8. No customer-service or booking numbers
9. No fabricated or guessed numbers
10. All businesses are located in the United Kingdom

Any list that fails these checks will be returned for correction before the milestone is released.

**If your normal method is simply exporting Apollo/ZoomInfo-style records without manually checking the company, decision maker and phone number, do not bid.**
