UAE Banking Recruitment Sourcer – Find 200+ Active Job Seekers in Banking/Finance

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sourcer / Talent Researcher who can identify and source 200+ relevant banking and financial-services professionals in the UAE.

Candidate criteria

Every candidate should ideally meet these requirements:

Currently working in a UAE bank or financial institution
Currently considering or actively looking for a job change
Has experience in banking sales / personal finance / retail banking / financial products
Demonstrated sales or target-achievement experience
Currently employed and available for a potential job move
UAE-based candidates only
Relevant UAE banking experience is strongly preferred
Information required for each candidate

For each qualified candidate, provide:

Full name
Current company
Current job title
Total banking/financial-services experience
Relevant sales experience
LinkedIn profile
CV/resume only where the candidate has voluntarily provided/authorized it
Contact details where the candidate has voluntarily agreed to share them
Current job-change status / indication that they are open to opportunities
Notice period, if available
Nationality/language skills, where voluntarily provided and relevant to the role
Target

We need a database of 200+ genuinely relevant candidates, not a bulk list of random CVs.

Quality is more important than simply reaching 200.
