Please replicate the text exactly as it appears, preserving paragraph breaks, headings, and any obvious emphasis. If you encounter questionable spellings or unclear characters, flag them with a Word comment rather than guessing.

Deliverable
• One clean .docx file containing the full transcription, using standard Word defaults (12-pt Times New Roman, single spacing) unless the original copy shows a different structure that should be kept.
