I have a stack of typed documents that contain both text and numbers. I need every line transferred accurately into a clean Microsoft Excel workbook.

Your task:
• Create a well-structured spreadsheet that mirrors the order of the papers.
• Enter all mixed data—words, phrases, figures, dates—exactly as shown, preserving capitalization and punctuation.
• Use clear column headers; if a paper has sections or tables, reflect that structure in separate columns or sheets.
• Perform a quick self-check for typos or misplaced values before handing over the file.

Deliverable: one .xlsx file ready for my review. Speed is appreciated, but accuracy is essential.
