Type Purchase History Into Spreadsheet

The purchase history for my customers is still sitting in printed order forms and receipts, some of which include handwritten notes in the margins. I want every transaction re-keyed into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) so I can finally run reports and analyse trends.

Accuracy matters more than speed. You will be working from scans/PDFs of the originals; a handful of pages have handwriting that must be interpreted and entered exactly as written. If something is unclear, flag it rather than guessing—I will be available to clarify.

Deliverables
• One spreadsheet containing all purchase history, organised by the fields shown on each form
• Consistent formatting for dates, currency and product names
• A short log of any illegible or missing items that need my confirmation

I will supply the scanned documents as soon as we start and would like progress updates every couple of days so I can spot-check the data as it goes in.
