Type PDF Paragraphs into Word

I have a PDF file that I need transcribed verbatim into Microsoft Word. Copy-and-paste will not work cleanly, so I’m looking for careful manual re-typing that preserves the original wording and paragraph breaks.

You will receive the PDF as soon as we start—I'll upload it directly here on Freelancer for easy access. Accuracy is the priority; I will proof the Word document against the source before approving the job.

Deliverables
• A single, editable .docx file containing the complete text, matched line-for-line with the PDF
• No extraneous formatting—just the same paragraphs laid out cleanly in default Word styling

If you spot obvious typos in the source, feel free to flag them in comments, but please keep the text itself unchanged.
