Two-Month Camp Calendar Design

I ran a successful camp last year and now need a clear, polished calendar that lays out the next two-month session. I want every camper, parent, and staff member to see at a glance what is happening each day.

Here is what I’m after:
• A digital version (Google Calendar, iCal feed, or similar) that I can update later and share online.
• A matching print-ready PDF I can post on notice boards and email as an attachment.

Content scope
Each day should list the full schedule with short, engaging descriptions of every activity; no need to add special-event highlights or contact directories this time.

Layout & usability notes
– Colour-coding or icons for activity types would be great for quick scanning.
– Keep times consistent throughout to avoid confusion.
– Leave room for me to make minor tweaks before sending it out.

When you hand over the project, I’d like the editable source file (Excel, Google Sheets, InDesign, or whichever tool you prefer) alongside the final PDF and the shareable digital calendar link. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get it on the timetable!
