Two-Month B2B Survey Outreach

For the next eight weeks I need hands-on support running a B2B survey campaign. All outreach will center on two proven channels—targeted email sequences and follow-up phone calls—so you should feel equally comfortable crafting concise email copy, managing a mail-merge tool (e.g., Mailshake, Lemlist, or similar), and speaking with decision makers on the phone. If you also have ideas for amplifying reach through social media later on, let me know, but the core focus remains email plus phone.

Scope of work
• Build or refine a qualified contact list that fits my ideal B2B profile (details provided at kickoff).
• Draft, schedule, and send a two-touch email sequence, track opens/clicks, and A/B test subject lines for higher response.
• Conduct polite follow-up calls to nudge non-responders and record answers for those who prefer to complete the survey verbally.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust cadence or messaging as needed.
• Provide a concise weekly report summarizing contacts reached, response rates, and key blockers.
• Deliver a clean, well-formatted spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) with all completed survey data and outreach notes at project close.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum agreed outreach volume achieved each week.
2. All survey responses captured accurately, with timestamps and contact details.
3. Final data file and recap report delivered no later than the end of week eight.

A reliable internet connection, fluent written and spoken English, and familiarity with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable) are required so the workflow stays organized and compliant with GDPR/Can-Spam guidelines.
