Two-Bedroom Bungalow Floor Plan

I am ready to move ahead with the design of a single-storey, two-bedroom home and need a clear, build-ready plan to guide my contractor. The core layout I have in mind features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area; everything else—storage, service rooms, façade style—can follow once the main flow works.

What I need from you
• A fully dimensioned floor plan that shows room sizes, wall thicknesses and door/window placements.
• Basic elevations so we can understand roof line and exterior proportions.
• Source files (DWG or equivalent) plus a clean PDF set I can print at A3.

Nice-to-have items such as a simple 3D massing or material suggestions are welcome if they help communicate the concept, but the top priority is an accurate, builder-friendly layout.

I’ll review the first pass for circulation and add any final tweaks, then we can lock the drawings for permit-level documentation.
