I need someone to **set up the complete process to automatically send scheduled WhatsApp messages from Zoho CRM through Twilio**.

I will provide all the WhatsApp message content, videos and Twilio templates. **Your job is to build the automation that sends them automatically at the correct times.**

### 1. Enquiries – Consumer

### What I need you to do

Please **build and configure the complete Zoho → Twilio → WhatsApp automation**, including the necessary Zoho workflows, scheduled actions, Deluge/API functions and Twilio integration.

Create the templates - I will send the contents

Once set up, a new Enquiry/Deal meeting the relevant criteria should automatically enter the correct sequence and receive each WhatsApp on the specified day **without anyone manually triggering the messages**.

The automation should also stop future messages when appropriate, for example if the customer books, is marked lost/not interested, or opts out.

I will supply the content/templates. I need you to **build, configure and test the automated sending process end-to-end**.
