Tri-Lingual HeyGen Training Video

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to create professional training videos in HeyGen using our existing PowerPoint presentations for a training project.

Project Scope

The project consists of 4 sections and 159 slides in total.

The same training content will be produced in the following 3 languages:

Turkish
English
Russian

For each language, the slide content and instructor narration must be adapted appropriately and converted into professional training videos in HeyGen.

Total production scope:

159 slides × 3 languages = 477 slide/video scenes

Responsibilities
Review the PowerPoint presentations provided by us
Edit and adapt the Turkish narration text for natural delivery in HeyGen
Professionally translate/adapt the content into English and Russian
Use accurate technical terminology, especially NEBOSH and occupational health and safety terminology
Create videos in HeyGen using the agreed instructor/avatar
Synchronize narration with slide transitions and on-screen content
Ensure Turkish, English and Russian voiceovers sound natural, clear and professional
Check pronunciation, especially technical terminology
Deliver the videos section by section in an organized format
Complete reasonable minor revisions where required
Project Structure

Section 1: 14 slides
Section 2: 49 slides
Section 3: 37 slides
Section 4: 59 slides

Total: 159 slides

Each section must be produced in:

Turkish
English
Russian
Preferred Experience

We are looking for someone who preferably has:

Proven experience with HeyGen
Experience producing training or e-learning videos
Experience working with PowerPoint-based course content
Strong English and Russian language quality control skills
Ability to produce natural, non-robotic narration
Strong attention to slide/narration synchronization
Good file organization and version-control habits

Experience with NEBOSH, occupational health and safety, HSE, or other technical training content would be a strong advantage.

Important: Direct machine translation without human review will not be acceptable. English and Russian versions must be checked for natural language, correct technical terminology and professional training delivery.
