Travel Vlog Video Editor Needed

I’m launching a new travel-focused YouTube channel and plan to publish 2vlogs per week. I need a creative editor who can transform my raw footage into relaxed, cinematic stories that let viewers feel as if they’re on the journey with me.

You’ll receive clips shot on GoPro, mirrorless, and phone cameras—panoramic landscapes, street scenes, and quick pieces-to-camera. Your task is to shape them into engaging episodes with smooth pacing, tasteful transitions, gentle colour grading, and a sound bed that complements rather than overwhelms. Think slow, immersive visuals rather than jump-cut-heavy highlight reels.

Deliverables per episode
• 8–12-minute finished vlog in 4K (plus a 1080p export) ready for upload
• 15–30-second teaser cut suitable for YouTube Shorts/Instagram Reels
• Thumbnail concept (still frame or composite)
• Project file in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including any licensed assets

Acceptance criteria
• Flow feels unhurried and cinematic
• Colour and exposure balanced consistently across shots
• Music, ambient sound, and dialogue mixed at clear, broadcast-safe levels
• Intro, outro, and lower thirds styled to match an agreed visual identity

I’m open to light voice-overs, on-screen text, or other creative touches if they serve the story; above all, I’m looking for “good editing” that elevates the travel experience. I’ll provide a sample batch of footage for the first episode so we can align on tone; if we mesh well, expect two to three vlogs per month.
