Job Title: Transportation and Warehousing Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Transportation and Warehousing Experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on logistics, supply chain management, freight movement, and warehouse operations. You will use your industry knowledge to evaluate AI-generated outputs, validate operational information, and help improve the accuracy and reliability of AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze logistics, transportation, and warehousing scenarios and provide detailed feedback.
Review and validate real-world data and documents related to supply chains, cargo management, dispatch, and freight movement.
Explain complex processes such as inventory management, distribution planning, and cargo routing.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with industry best practices.
Develop domain-specific questions, case studies, and scenarios to assess AI reasoning.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to maintain deliverable quality.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvements based on industry standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Logistician, Supply Chain Manager, Transportation or Distribution Manager, Cargo and Freight Agent, or Dispatcher.
Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, transportation operations, and relevant regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing operational data and documentation.
Proficiency in logistics software, management systems, and tracking tools.
Experience handling diverse cargo, distribution models, or multimodal transportation networks.
Ability to collaborate effectively in remote project environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has extensive practical experience in logistics and supply chain operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to explain complex processes clearly. They can evaluate operational scenarios, identify errors, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI performance.
