Translate Maintenance Cards to Chinese

I need my existing digital maintenance schedule sheets and service reminder cards converted from English to Chinese while keeping the original design intact. All visible wording must be translated—this includes the straightforward body text as well as any English that appears inside diagrams, icons, or photographs. Where text is baked into an image, please replace it cleanly so the finished PDFs look like they were created natively in Chinese.

The source files are supplied digitally (PDFs plus the editable originals), and I expect the same file set back: print-ready PDFs and their corresponding editable formats with fonts linked or outlined. Accuracy in technical terminology is essential, and the layout should stay perfectly aligned after localisation.

Send me a detailed project proposal explaining your workflow, which software you intend to use, your timeline, and how you handle revisions. Portfolio samples are welcome, but the proposal itself will be the key factor in my selection.
